Join us for an immersive Espresso Barista Training experience in Nelson, New Zealand! Led by a seasoned industry professional with over a decade of expertise, this course is designed to equip you with the practical skills needed to excel in the vibrant coffee culture of New Zealand and/or Australia.
Throughout the program, we'll explore into the fascinating world of coffee, covering the following:
- Coffee origins
- Roasting process
- Espresso equipment
- Dosing
- Tamping
- Extraction
- Milk texturising
- Coffee beverages
- Cleaning & maintenance
- Basic Troubleshooting
(Latte art is not included)
Our comprehensive 10-hour training program is spread across four sessions, with each session lasting two hours per week. Additionally, we will have a Saturday session during cafe hours to hone your skills in a real-world setting.
Costs:
- Training costs $380 per student, and payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or EFTPOS.
- You will be provided of all necessary materials, so all you need to bring is a notepad and your enthusiasm for coffee!
- With a maximum of 4 students per class, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance every step of the way.
When:
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability, with options available on Tuesdays at 4 pm (preferable) and Saturdays at 9 am.
